This website is a SiteBazaar demonstration: Hadiyya is an example shop, and no order placed here is delivered or charged. A message you send from this site reaches the SiteBazaar team. The text below is the policy the shop would publish, shown in place.

These terms apply to every order placed on the Hadiyya website. An order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to check the items, the address and the delivery area. If an item has sold out in the meantime, we tell you before anything is sent, and you decide whether to go ahead without it.

You pay in cash when the order arrives. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product; the delivery fee for your area is added at checkout. You can cancel an order free of charge until it has left our hands — message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.

Because our boxes hold flowers and food, they cannot be returned once delivered. If a box arrives damaged or different from the one you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp on the day it arrives and we replace it at no cost to you. A personalised piece, such as an engraved pendant or a framed portrait, is made for you and cannot be cancelled once we have started it.
