The courier calls the number you gave at checkout before arriving. If nobody answers, we message you on WhatsApp to agree on another time.
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and write your card message in the order note. Payment is in cash on delivery, so message us on WhatsApp first if the person receiving the gift should not be asked to pay.
Boxes with flowers or chocolate cannot be returned once delivered, but a box that arrives damaged is replaced. The conditions are on our Terms page.
